1. About our service

Apex Leads is a lead generation service that connects homeowners looking for outdoor trade services with local outdoor trade businesses in their area. When you submit an enquiry through this website, your contact details and job requirements will be shared with one local outdoor trade business who will contact you directly to discuss your requirements.

2. Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit spam or abusive enquiries
• Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission

3. Enquiry submissions

• Your contact details will be shared with one local outdoor trade business who will contact you directly
• You consent to being contacted by that business via phone, email, or SMS
• Apex Leads is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or conduct of the outdoor trade business that contacts you
• Any agreement you enter into is directly between you and the outdoor trade business — Apex Leads is not a party to that agreement

4. Lead guarantee

For our full-service campaigns, we guarantee 30 qualified leads in 60 days, or we keep working for free until we hit it. If we haven't delivered 30 qualified leads by day 60, the retainer stops and we keep running and optimising your campaign at no charge until we reach 30. No refund, no credits — we just keep going until the number is hit.

The guarantee applies only when:

• The trade, typical job value, service area and capacity you give us at onboarding are accurate
• Your ad account stays active with at least £20/day in spend
• Leads are contacted within 24 hours of arriving (we'll see it in the portal)
• Campaigns run for the full 60 days without pausing

The guarantee does not cover:

• The trial month
• Leads you choose not to contact
• Shortfalls caused by inaccurate information given at onboarding

5. Third-party services

This website may use third-party services including:

• Google Analytics for website traffic analysis
• Facebook Pixel for advertising performance tracking
• Email services for sending enquiry notifications

Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Apex Leads is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of this website or services
• We are not responsible for the conduct, quality of work, or pricing of any outdoor trade business that contacts you
• We are not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Apex Leads or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
